

Jessica Homer has been working as a full-time professional photographer since 1997.
Beginning her career as a trainee photographer with Midland Weekly Media in the West Midlands, she moved to the Gloucestershire Echo as a Senior Photographer for 2 years before becoming freelance in 2001. Jessica works for PR companies, picture agencies, and local and national newspapers.
Jessica was awarded Bank's Young Photographer of the Year in 2001, having come runner up in 1998. In 2007 she was MCC Young Photographer of the Year, and in 2009 won a Down District Council Press Photographer Award.
Tony Waugh is Deputy Chief Photographer of the Evening Telegraph, Kettering, after spending six years as Assistant Picture Editor at the Belfast Telegraph.
Previously he worked as staff for INS News Agency and the Gloucestershire Echo newspaper, after completing the NCTJ Press Photography course in 2000. Tony also completed a one-year training placement at the Belfast Newsletter newspaper, and a one-year contract for a child portraiture company from 1997.
He now works for newspaper, corporate and PR clients throughout Warwickshire.
